Context

Databyte Computadores has been working with computer repair and classroom courses for more than 30 years, however, their corporate image and lack of a website were two factors that prevented them from reaching a larger audience and growing.

Challenge

Redesign its identity and build a website that would allow new face-to-face sales of repairs and face-to-face courses.

Solution

Together with Databyte, we define the Buyer Persona of your repair and on-site training customers.

After identifying these profiles, we analyze the relevant keywords that these profiles search for, and after finding them, we build a navigation map for your website.

We built a structure that would allow Databyte to rank on Google on the first page, considering their niche, we concluded that their logo should be explanatory rather than aspirational.

Following the launch of the website, Databyte Computadores won a business acceleration competition and continues to grow its support center and classroom courses, we are currently working with Databyte to scale its business to the next level through an online course platform called servicioalpc.com, which seeks to train labor technicians in computer repair at a distance.
